My husband and I had a great time, everyone was very kind and helpful when needed. Wayan was awesome always attentive if we needed anything, always with a smile and made sure if we needed anything to let him know. For our next cruise I would love to have him as our cabin steward. And the only thing I would like to see change is the temperature of the Buffett food it should be a little hotter, sometimes the food was cold, but other than that I enjoy myself. (Rivera R208) Thank you

We had a blast! There were a few reasons I didn't give a full 10 -- (1) I am a Tampa Bay Bucs fan and there was no place to watch the game. I would suggest especially during football season that the ship purchase an NFL package for your customers to have a place to go and cheer on their teams. (2) Our cabin was so cold! I tried to get cabin steward to turn down air but to no avail. He was great BTW, but I was freezing. Next time I will bring my long pj's.
